Mon-key's

Nel corso del terzo anno allo IED è stato proposto un concorso di styling all’interno della sezione fashion del terzo e secondo anno.
Il breef del concorso era rifare il look alla rock band torinese, Mon-key’s; fra tutti i partecipanti sono state selezionate 15 persone, suddivise poi in piccoli gruppi.
Dopo un breve corso sullo styling, ognuno di questi gruppi ha studiato un look diverso per la band.
Il gruppo di cui facevo parte ha vinto il concorso potendo così continuare la collaborazione di styling con la band nelle loro performance.
Il look da noi proposto si ispira al mondo dandy, giacche e pantaloni dai dettagli sartoriali, proiettati nel presente con un anima rock e metropolitana.

During the third year the IED has been proposed a contest of styling in the fashion section of the third and second year. The breef of the competition was to redo the look of the rock band Turin, Mon-key's, among all the participants were selected 15 people, then subdivided into small groups. After a short course on styling, each group studied a different look for the band. The group I was part of won the competition allowing them to continue the collaboration of styling with the band in their performance. The look that we propose is inspired by the world's dandy, jackets and pants from the sartorial details, projected into the present with a soul and rock underground.
